Please read these complete terms and conditions carefully before using the bkluck platform. All rules regarding account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and responsible gaming are described in detail here.

One Person, One Account
Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse, and all related accounts may be closed with any accumulated funds forfeited.
Accurate Information at Registration
At the time of account registration, you must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information. If false information is provided, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close the account.
Identity Verification (KYC)
For the purpose of security and fraud prevention, bkluck may at any time request the necessary documents to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.
Account Security and Password
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for any activity carried out using your account.
If there is unauthorized access to your account or your password is lost, contact us immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. bkluck will not be responsible for any losses arising from failure to notify us in time.
Selling, transferring, or providing access to your account to a third party is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is identified, the account will be closed immediately.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Rules
Funds can be deposited on the bkluck platform via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method). Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. For any technical issues, contact live chat with your receipt.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Your account must have completed verification to make a withdrawal.
Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless bkluck permits another arrangement under exceptional circumstances.
4.3 Suspended or Cancelled Withdrawals
bkluck reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal in the following situations:
- Identity verification has not yet been completed
- Unusual or suspicious activity has been identified on the account
- Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
- A dispute or investigation regarding the account is ongoing
- Technical error or system maintenance
Bonus and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager a total of 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus, the wagering required is ৳25,000.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus can be received only once per account
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled
- bkluck reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time
- bkluck may cancel bonuses and associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse
5.4 VIP and Cashback Program
bkluck has five VIP tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%
Based on your play volume and activity, you can advance to a higher VIP tier. VIP cashback has no wagering requirement — it can be withdrawn directly.
Gaming Policy and Fair Use
All games on the bkluck platform are conducted impartially and fairly. We believe in the principle of fair play and no form of fraudulent or dishonest activity will be tolerated.
6.1 Prohibited Activities
- Operating games using software, bots, or automated systems
- Exploiting technical errors or deliberately manipulating games
- Colluding with other players to place bets in a fraudulent manner
- Money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems
If any of the above activities are identified, the account will be closed immediately and all accumulated funds may be forfeited.
6.2 Technical Issues and Errors
bkluck reserves the right to cancel any winnings or bonuses incorrectly awarded due to a technical error in any game. In such cases, the affected game may be replayed.

bkluck may suspend or close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:
- Serious breach of these terms and conditions
- Fraud, bonus abuse, or operating multiple accounts
- Providing a false identity or forged documents
- Unethical or illegal activity
- Failure to verify age or being identified as a minor
Limitations of Liability
The bkluck platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or uninterrupted availability of the service. bkluck will not be liable in the following situations:
- Loss of a game due to loss of internet connection
- Delay or failure by a third-party payment provider
- Unexpected server maintenance or technical errors
- Disclosure of account information due to the user's own negligence
- External hacking or cyberattacks that we made efforts to prevent
Changes to Terms
bkluck reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will publish a notice on the platform.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
